Brief Overview:

This one day introductory seminar provides an overview of Solution Focused and Narrative Therapy Techniques. Participants will be instructed in the use of practical therapeutic tools designed to maximize the resources of both clients and counselors in order to promote change.

Seminar Leader:

Tammie Byram Fowles, LISW, Ph.D. is the author of "BirthQuake: The Journey to Wholeness," and is currently revising her work, "Finding the Forest: The Incorporation of Holistic Principles into a Brief Treatment Model with Survivors of Sexual Abuse." Dr. Fowles offers training, clinical consultation and psychotherapy to human service providers, and facilitates personal growth retreats and workshops. She has appeared on both national radio and public television.
